婦揚言炸總統府 北市通報警方

（中央社記者黃麗芸台北28日電）台北市一名婦人今天撥打市民熱線1999揚言要炸總統府，遭警方逮捕；台北市政府說，凡涉公安言論者，將送治安單位處理。

台北市警方表示，一名年約60歲的獨居杜姓婦人，今天凌晨打電話到1999批評時政，並揚言要炸掉總統府，1999話務人員即轉報台北市信義警分局偵辦；警方根據發話位置調查並逮捕杜女，訊後依恐嚇罪嫌函送台北地檢署偵辦。

台北市政府發言人張其強受訪時證實有此事，他指出，1999市民熱線基本上是提供民眾做市政查詢或反映狀況。

不過，若話務人員在對談間發現有異狀時，民眾只要有涉及暴力攻擊及妨害公共安全言論者，話務人員將立即啟動標準作業程序，移送相關治安單位進行後續處理。1030228
