健保給付被核刪　醫師怒嗆「土匪政府」

彰化基督教醫院兒科部部長錢建文今下午在其臉書(http://tinyurl.com/mwanqm5)留言，指該部上季共被健保署核刪約580萬元的給付費用，怒嗆「土匪政府」、「可能會夢到開車撞健保署」。

錢建文接受《蘋果》訪問時表示，健保署每季都會審查各醫院申請的健保給付費用，審查方式採每百名病人挑1人來抽審其病歷，若審查醫師認為該病歷不符規定，便會核刪，並放大、回推百倍，例如某病人被核刪的藥費給付1萬元，健保署付給醫院的費用就會從中扣除100萬元。

錢建文痛批此審查過程，質疑很不透明，且可能會造成血汗醫院出現，也恐使醫師不敢再用同樣方式治病，進而影響病人權益。(張博亭／台北報導)
