提早北返 避開車潮

今天是228連假第二天，高公局啟動嚴格匝道儀控管制，在瓶頸塞車路段管制上國道車輛數，除國道5號清晨7時過後就出現往宜蘭車潮，目前車速約30到50公里，其他中南部路段目前都算順暢。不過，預估今天下午3時過後會出現一波北上車潮，提醒北上民眾可趁下午3時前或晚間8時後避開塞車。
