熱漲冷縮？　49戶竟有7成住戶地磚爆裂

台北市關渡的一個大樓社區，有住戶反映房子才住7年，竟發生地磚爆裂的情況，且49戶中就有7成住戶遇到相同情形，質疑當初建商施工品質不佳，要求賠償，但建商則反駁是住戶不當使用，只願意賠償每戶2500元，雙方沒有交集。

根據《TVBS新聞台》報導，這個大樓社區有49戶，其中有7成都出現地磚爆裂的現象，有住戶向管委會投訴，房子才住7年而已，客廳、臥房的磁磚全部裂光光，質疑當初施工時，建商沒有貼好，才會造成損壞，要求賠償修繕費。

但建商否認且駁斥，是住戶使用不當，開暖氣放在地板上，熱脹冷縮才導致，只願意賠償受害住戶每戶2500元，雙方各說各話。

但有業界人士認為，會突然爆裂與施工品質有關，可能是磁磚黏著劑比例不對，整平時間沒控制好，使水泥失去黏性，沒辦法與磁磚完全密合所導致。
