這其實是中國第二家大型公司的公司債尾約
但是是第一家地產商,
不用太多家出問題,這家出問題就有的玩了
另一家報導是說約有24億的債務無法償還
這金額太龐大了,中間透過槓桿來借錢的,就看槓桿玩多大
遇到這些收不回來的錢,或許銀行只好拍賣手上資產來彌補虧損了,
或是要求信用不良的公司快點還錢
可能會間接造成第三家公司尾約
多殺多的情況接下來有的看了..
