鹽奶案再度開庭 伯母否認殺人意圖

鹽奶案今天再度在台北地方法院開庭審理，死亡女嬰湘湘的伯母坦承在奶粉裡摻入鹽巴，但卻否認有殺人意圖，也否認與湘湘母親妯娌不合。

鹽奶案在1月28日首次開庭時，伯母坦承多次在女嬰湘湘奶粉裡摻入鹽巴，但沒意料到會致女嬰於死，這個說詞成了法官判讀的重點，因為如果伯母沒有預料到結果，法官可能認為其無殺人犯意，判其罪責為傷害致死罪，但若法官認為其有殺人犯意，則罪責就會是殺人罪。
