則 PA^2=PC*PB

依你題意畫圖，再連AB和AC

1.在△ABP和△CAP中
∠PAB=∠C(弦切角和圓周角同對弧AB)
∠P=∠P(共用)
∴△ABP ~ △CAP中 (AA相似性質)

所以 PB：PA = PA：PC
即 PA^2 = PC×PB
