【更新】和男大生一夜情　隔天驚知他有愛滋病

嘉義一名大學生去年和男網友發生性關係幫他口交後，隔天告知有愛滋病，嚇壞男網友提告。所幸男網友最後並未感染，不過嘉義地方法院以大學生違反人類免疫缺乏病毒傳染及保障權益條例、第21第3項隱瞞感染致傳染於人未遂罪，判1年10月，考量大學生沒有前科，因此緩刑3年，並要向國庫繳交3萬元。

法官為保護愛滋病患者，並未在判決中指出大學生性別，但經查王姓大學生為男性，是在2009年經由醫院檢驗證實染愛滋病，去年他上網認識林姓男網友，雙方相談甚歡，於2月邀約碰面，並在林家發生一次性關係，王男幫未戴保險套的林男口交直到射精，隔天才告知林男自身染有愛滋病，林男驚恐之餘憤而提告。（徐彩媚／嘉義報導）
