標題[請問] 這是什麼工具？

整理房子的時候發現一個奇妙的工具 我跟家人都不知道它是怎麼來的， 也不知道是做什麼用的 正面： http://imgur.com/SGbVrXP&FuTre3b&9AH707T#0
