標題[請問] 關於營業建築的法規

想請問一下,現在普遍的住宅大樓 (非一樓面對馬路) 要經過大樓中庭,通過門禁管理的樓層 有沒有法規限制不能設置營業場所? 如辦公室..診所之類 請問這類法規要上哪兒找呢@@? 網路上只找到一些建物規定,建物增建啦..或不能設置在地下室停車場這種 空間,似乎沒有明文規定到一般的住宅大樓? 謝謝 :) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.33.197.143
