麗寶建設：下半年推案量逾百億元

【劉曉霞／台北報導】麗寶建設副總何昭宏今天下午透露，下半年麗寶將在新莊丹鳳站附近和桃園八德藝文特區推出新案，總銷超過110億元，而北部和台中會是麗寶明年發展重點。

何昭宏今天下午出席第二屆麗寶國際雕塑獎記者會後透露，位在丹鳳的「麗寶雙璽」預定10月推案，由麗寶和名軒合推，預定推出20~60坪產品，每坪單價將可站上4字頭。12月將在桃園推出總銷近60億元、100~120坪的新案，產品規劃主打「小巧」的三拼房型，每層每戶享有專用電梯外，還有一座專供施工的佣人電梯，單坪開價也會站上5字頭。

明年的台中推案，何昭宏說，將在進化路、雙十路附近推出，採先建後售，將分五期方式推出，預定每坪開價24萬元。
