剛下班時所發車的小擦撞 我汽車 對方機車 影片在此http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vwOs4v-ZLKo

(畫質很差 請見諒 日期時間是錯的) 我要下市民快左轉接右方的高架走外側的三重接中興橋回去 對方機車左轉走一般的環河北路 我左轉時 對方機車沒有在視線內 而要準備上橋前不久 對方機車從右方超車往前 擦撞到我右保桿 我車速大概50 對方從後面超車 車速應該大過我 大概在如圖這兩個位置 http://ppt.cc/Iix8 http://ppt.cc/9Uls 第一跟柱子這邊 因為對方態度認為是我撞他 還說他從後方沒辦法判斷我是要上橋還是繼續走環河北路 又說我的保桿有可能就壞掉了 後來我就叫警察 過程就不敘述了 後來就私下和解 也沒作筆錄 在找一天去車廠修 平分費用 右保桿照片http://ppt.cc/weE3 只是警察在私下有跟我說 他看肇責 未必都是對方的錯 搞不好55 我的比例可能還比較大一點 不過警察沒看過行車紀錄器 而且我們擦撞時 是在前進狀態 最後停的位置也不是第一擦撞位置 雖然是小擦撞 對方認為一直不是他的錯 我覺得是原則問題 因為我覺得錯不在我 所以想請問大家的看法 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 182.234.229.155 ※ 編輯: haker520 來自: 182.234.229.155 (08/08 02:29)
