不理老伴昏倒　78歲翁遺棄罪判緩刑

【許淑惠／台中報導】台中市78歲王姓男老翁與妻子因房產糾紛相處不睦，去年9月26日下午2點兩人坐在客廳看電視，王翁見妻因血糖過低突然昏倒，且從沙發滾落地面，竟完全不理會，也未呼叫樓上的孫子或隔壁女婿救助。

直到下午5點多女兒回家詢問母親在哪？王男才稱：「妳媽媽倒在那裡…」，女兒趕緊將母親送醫救回一命，但警方仍將王翁移送法辦。

一審認定王翁狠心不顧多年夫妻情份，依遺棄罪判他有期徒刑6月，得易科罰金18萬元。台中高分院認為王翁年邁，判刑恐加深夫妻仇恨，今改判有期徒刑6月、緩刑2年。
