韓星崔元英在緯來《百年遺產》飾演柳真老公，劇中兩人離婚後，沈宜英成為後妻，兩人因戲結緣，從好朋友升格戀人，雙方感情穩定，已見過彼此父母，預計在明年步入禮堂。

劇中崔元英飾演柳真媽寶老公，讓妻子處處為難，她沒有顯赫家世背景，被婆婆苦苦逼退，分開後崔元英再娶沈宜英，可惜他無法忘懷前妻，兩人成為同床異夢的伴侶。

不過現實中他們打得火熱，因拍戲日久生情結下良緣，崔元英透露彼此家住得近，常溫馨接送讓感情加溫，下戲後更常私下約會、聊天，從「飯友」發展成情人，他稱和沈宜英聊得來，在她旁身旁感覺能依靠，認為她很體貼，愛苗終於漸長。

崔元英先前安排了特別的求婚儀式，把視為「老婆」、努力賺錢買來的第一台愛車開出來，對沈宜英說：「這台車開了八年，希望未來坐在我旁邊的人是妳。」大方宣告她女主人的位置，順利打動佳人芳心，點頭與他共度一生。
