R9 280X能玩跑GTAIV4跟末日3嗎?

我的配備
CPU：E3-1230V3
MB：華擎h87 performance:
RAM：金士頓8G*2
VGA：藍寶VAPOR-X R9 280X

這樣跑的動GTAIV4跟末日3(特效全開)
因為我聽友人說他玩GTAIV4特效全開燒壞一塊VGA
聽得我怕怕的
還有我開進去GTAIV4進去
畫面設置那欄的設置都是最低的
完全不能調
我畫面都用1920*1080
遊戲裡變成800*600
玩得很痛苦......
但又不敢去修改commandline.txt
怕燒壞
跪求答案...
