新戶政系統上路後頻頻當機，民眾不爽罵翻，該採購案是行政院長江宜樺擔任內政部長期間所發包簽約。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，民進黨立委陳其邁調查發現，該採購案是由江宜樺擔任內政部長期間所發包，且以「限制性招標」方式開標，投標廠商最後只有１家，有綁標嫌疑。陳其邁斥：「江宜樺撒錢，李鴻源擦屁股」。 （盧麗蓮／綜合報導）
