如何選擇平面設計用15吋筆電?

最近小弟家裡使用4年的筆電已不堪負荷
想要換一台可以用來做平面設計(PS,ILLU等軟體)
偶爾也會用來玩LOL或是剪輯音樂影片等(premiere等軟體)

但是小弟對筆電不是很了解該怎麼選擇
之前都是朋友直接幫我決定
但是四年前這台用了效能也不是跑得很順
所以才上來求助@@"

小弟預算大約27000左右
想要15吋及具備SSD以及獨顯2G的設計用筆電
不知道可不可行

小弟對這塊不是很了解@@
希望各路大大能夠幫幫我
