日法院判蘋果侵權 三星可求償10萬美元

日本知識產權高等法院16 日判決，蘋果iPhone 4與iPad 2侵害三星的資料傳輸技術，三星可提出996萬日圓（9.8萬美元）的侵權損害賠償，扭轉去年2月的初審判決。

高等法院表示，三星可向蘋果要求這兩種產品的「授權費用」，但駁回三星針對蘋果iPhone提出的禁制令與禁售令。

在全球各地發起專利戰、互控侵權的蘋果與三星，對這起判決都異口同聲表達歡迎，各自宣稱在專利戰中拿下一城。

三星發表聲明說：「我們對這起判決表達歡迎，我們將持續採取必要行動保護智慧財產權。」日本蘋果也表示，法院宣判的賠償金額很合理，並肯定法院駁回禁制令的決定。
