香港首季經濟放緩

香港政府公布首季經濟數據，證實香港經濟放緩，但仍預期稍後成長會加快。

香港今年首季經濟增長2.5%，比去年第四季放緩0.4個百分點，除貨物出口表現呆滯，服務輸出及私人開支增亦放緩。

香港政府指，雖然美國聯儲局再減少買債，或改變利率走勢預期，東歐地緣政治局勢緊張，可能窒礙歐洲經濟復甦，但兩項因素不致引發重大逆轉，預期香港今年稍後增長有望加快，全年經濟增長預測維持3%至4%，而通貨膨脹上漲風險仍有限，全年基本通脹維持3.7%。

香港政府經濟顧問陳李藹倫指出，香港首季樓價及租金都輕微下跌1%，但三月整體樓價仍較九七年高峰期超出41%，供樓負擔指數仍高企在56%，雖然樓市略為降溫，但泡沫風險仍未消除，暫時不宜調整樓市辣招。

她又指，暫時未見旅客人數增長減慢，但要關注消費模式有改變，近月珠寶及高價貨品銷售都下跌。
