蔡英文就任黨主席 藍：盼朝野理性對話

針對今（28）日民進黨新任主席蔡英文就任，國民黨文傳會副主委兼發言人陳以信表達國民黨恭賀之意。陳以信表示，國民黨期待未來朝野之間可以理性對話，國會議事得以順暢進行。

陳以信表示，如果蔡英文真想如致辭所言「改變民進黨」，就應該從要求「民進黨立委停止霸占主席台、癱瘓國會議事」開始，他呼籲蔡英文帶領民進黨，回到理性問政路線，只有這樣才是國家人民之福，也才能讓台灣未來愈改愈好。
