虎王韋蘭德軟趴趴　老虎2比8敗給白襪

女友凱特奧普頓(Kate Upton)到場加持，「虎王」韋蘭德(Justin Verlander)，還是無法擺脫最近的低潮，依舊軟趴趴，今天先發出戰白襪，先發5.2局狂失7分，吞下敗投，近6場先發，就有5場先發失分超過5分，吞下本季第6敗，防禦率也暴漲至4.61。
 
韋蘭德先在2局下，被古巴重砲阿布瑞尤(Jose Abreu)的陽春砲失掉1分，雖然3局下遇到滿壘亂流，但韋蘭德勉強用三振守住。
 
6局下，韋蘭德狀況突然崩盤。接連被擊出3支一壘安打，無人出局白襪攻占滿壘，維塞亞多(Dayan Viciedo)擊出雙殺打，白襪攻下1分。
 
雖然2出局，但韋蘭德卻又投出2次保送，被擊出2支安打，再失3分，黯然退場，留在場上的2名跑者，隊友也未能守住，單局白襪就攻下7分，奠定勝基，白襪以8比2擊敗老虎。
 
白襪先發投手丹克斯(John Danks)，先發7局，被擊出6支安打，失掉2分，優質先發的表現，奪下本季第5勝。（王翊亘／綜合報導）
