1782賣完後再拿出來賣, 很規律再加價206萬, 變成1988

像中山北路二段一棟15坪的平房, 法拍要8000多萬, 實際上10多年前法拍價600多萬, 但缺乏建築線, 根本拍不出去
最後就是由銀行買單
若銀行買不起單?
政府就會像10前一樣嗎? 又設一個"金融重建基金"來買單, 最後也就是全民買單
