大家好，我今年16歲，知道我爸有狐狸精已經有好些年了。
　　我媽持有身心障礙手冊，從小媽媽因為沒有辦法獨自扶養我們，所以需要借助低收入戶補助+爸爸每月兩萬多的薪水。也因為如此，更不敢提出通姦罪的東西了。
　　狐狸精也有老公．．．．．．
　　想請問，如果我媽提出通姦，難道就只能離婚嗎？　我爸和狐狸精就只需要坐牢悍婦個幾萬塊？
