立法院議場昨日傍晚被民進黨立委占據，國民黨團今（2）日凌晨4時30分發動攻堅，已發生數波肢體衝突。民進黨立委姚文智在臉書公開一張自拍照，他在第一波衝突中，鞋子掉了，慘遭硬底鞋踩過，右腳小指頭嚴重淤血，黑青一片。
國民黨團40位立委在清晨攻入議場，國民黨立委費鴻泰、詹凱臣與姚文智曾短暫發生激烈的肢體衝突。
姚文智表示，議場的衝突持續，所幸城池仍守了下來，可想見的，未來仍是硬仗，不過腳愈來愈痛，因為國民黨清晨的攻堅，他的鞋子掉了，竟被高跟鞋、硬底鞋，踩成黑青整片，一夜無眠加上腳底劇痛，他的情緒愈發高漲了，別惹他！
民進黨立委段宜康也在臉書寫道，「對手連破壞剪都用上。肉搏之後，汗如瀑布、頭昏眼花、手顫腳抖！」他自嘲，「只有一個結論：平時欠訓練。」
