舅遭甥毆請保護令　兩人再口角甥遭移送

【潘姵如／台北報導】北市一名20歲羅姓男子，因父母長年在外國，平日與59歲的林姓舅舅同住，但兩人經常發生口角，前天羅男動手毆打舅舅，舅舅氣憤立刻到警局聲請緊急保護令，核准後規定羅男必須遠離舅舅20公尺遠，但今午2時許，羅男返家發現門鎖遭更換，又再度與舅舅起爭執，羅男伸手欲抓舅舅時，手指甲在舅舅手臂上留下數道血痕，舅舅立刻報警，羅男被依違反保護令移送法辦。
